CPAC wins hands down

CPAC wins for coverage of the budget. CTV and CBC both wouldn’t even let you hear the budget speech live. After the first few sentences they began their pre-taped analysis, their interpretation of what it said, overriding Mr. Flaherty.  And then CTV’s tape had a hitch. So we turned to CPAC where we could not only hear the speech but a summary and some good, tough questions of everyone afterward. We only got tired of that when they got around to Elizabeth May when we finally turned away, back to CBC and CTV which had returned to regular  programming. Even CBC Newsworld.

Later: Good budget rundown here – with charts like this one among other things.
