Notice of a Special Town meeting

On the Town website there is an alert about a Special Town Council Meeting scheduled for Wednesday October 29th. It is to be held after an in camera session which begins at 6:00 pm and which will deal with staff contract negotiations.

There is a “special session” listed on the agenda after the in camera session and before the call to order. The rest of the agenda deals with the restroom lease at Railside, [wonder how much that will cost us?]  Fairfield School assessment and then the “Town’s non-union compensation plan”.

AND notice that the PSPAC which had been postponed has been rescheduled now and will be held the day before this special meeting.

The Planning Services Public Advisory Committee scheduled for Thursday, October 23 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 28th, 2008 at 7:30pm, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall.

On that agenda- after the usual bumph like minutes, Qs and Director’s report is:

Addition for a Third Dwelling Unit at 8 Winter Street
6. Public Participation Meeting / Development Agreement Proposal for Additional
