Tobacco wars continued

Here is the newest sad arrow shot at a moving target. In Ontari-ari- ario smokers will have to pick their purchase from a list in a binder. What will this do? Save the Tobacco companies money. What is the point of having fancy packaging? They can reduce the cost of the smokes now that they don’t have to pay for expensive advertising. Is it likey they will lose clients?
